Camping hours
Register at Gate 2 where you will be given your welcome packet and be directed to your site.

Friday Check-in is from 12 pm - 5 pm (No Early Check-In)
Saturday Check-in is from 8 am - 10 am
*All campers must leave by noon on Monday

Camping Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Deadline is July 17, 2026. Refunds will only be issued if we can rent your campsite to a new customer. Campsite Deposits are non-refundable.
DEADLINES
Previous Campers:
Previous campers must place a deposit to reserve their campsite by January 1, 2026.
Campers with a Deposit must Pay in Full for their sites by March 6, 2026.

Please note that the camping area is on the other end of the fairgrounds. If walking this distance is an issue, consider bringing a golf cart or driving your vehicle to the festival area.
